Hochiki’s FIRENET Comm 5G communicator delivers reliable fire alarm signaling using Telguard’s 5G LTE-M cellular technology. Designed and manufactured for Hochiki systems, it connects directly to FireNET Plus panels for full data reporting. Cellular service, activation, and support are provided by Telguard, offering POTS replacement, strong in‑building penetration, and North American code‑compliant connectivity solutions.

Hochiki America and Telguard have teamed up to tailor a version of the Telguard TG-7FS for select Hochiki fire alarm panels.
The Hochiki FIRENET Comm 5G communicator is designed for connecting to a Hochiki FireNET Plus panel that doesn’t have a dialer (DACT). The communicator comes with a special Hochiki-manufactured cable for connecting the panel via a data port-to-data port connection. All TG-7FS features, functionality, and support are part of the package.
With the Link Supervision feature, the Hochiki FIRENET Comm 5G serves as a sole communication path in compliance with NFPA 72 and UL 864 standards. The communicator utilizes cellular service from either AT&T or Verizon (depending on the model selected), and signals can be delivered to any central station.
