The Telguard Approach

Telguard’s approach to PERS communications is to offer reliable solutions that interoperate with the widest variety of alarm receivers. The TG-P splits the data and voice streams and sends each over the most reliable cellular pathway available. Only the voice conversation is sent over the cellular voice channel. The alarm signal is delivered using cellular data. Everything is recombined in Telguard’s Communication Center before the central station is dialed.

The TG-P was designed to work with any PERS device that leverages Contact ID for alarm and two-way voice signaling.
